Last Updated: January 2026
This Returns & Warranty Policy (“Policy”) governs wholesale transactions between Fusion Cellular (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and approved business customers (“Customer,” “you”). This Policy applies only to wholesale purchases made through Fusion Cellular’s ordering systems and does not apply to retail or end-consumer sales.
1. Wholesale-Only Policy
Fusion Cellular sells primarily to businesses for resale. Customers are responsible for all downstream retail activity, including end-user support and compliance with applicable consumer laws. Fusion Cellular does not provide direct warranties or support to end users.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Inspecting shipments immediately upon receipt
- Reporting issues within required timeframes
- Maintaining accurate purchase records
- Managing all end-user relationships and manufacturer warranty interactions

4. Returns & Defective Claims

4.2 Defective Products
Fusion Cellular’s wholesale defective coverage applies only to manufacturing or functional defects and is subject to review and approval.
A. Defects Identified Upon Receipt
Issues such as shipping damage or visible defects must be reported within 72 hours and supported with documentation. Approval is required before any resolution is issued.
B. Latent or Functional Defects
Some products are sealed and not tested prior to resale. Defects discovered after opening or demonstration may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Claims must be submitted within one (1) year of the wholesale purchase date
- Documentation may be required
- Approval, quantities, and resolution method are determined at Fusion Cellular’s discretion
Resolution for Approved Defective Claims
If approved, Fusion Cellular may, at its discretion:
- Issue store credit, or
- Provide replacement product, subject to availability
Fusion Cellular may require return of merchandise for inspection. When required, shipping costs for approved defective claims will be covered by Fusion Cellular.

Returns for non-defective reasons (including ordering errors, excess inventory, or unsold products):
- Must be requested within 72 hours of delivery
- Require prior approval

Products showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage may be rejected.
4.5 Restocking Fees
- Standard approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Certain made-to-order or limited-resale products may be subject to higher fees
- Customized or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return
Restocking fees are waived only when returns result from verified manufacturing or company-attributable errors.
4.6 Exchanges
Fusion Cellular does not process direct exchanges.
All exchange requests are handled as returns for store credit. Customers are responsible for placing a new order and applying issued credit at checkout.
4.7 Credits & Processing
- All approved returns are issued as store credit only
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Processing typically occurs within 7–10 business days after inspection
Refunds are not issued unless expressly approved in writing by Fusion Cellular.
5. End-User Warranty
End-user warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer and governed by manufacturer documentation. Fusion Cellular does not extend, modify, or replace manufacturer warranties.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled after fulfillment has begun—including picking, packing, or preparation—may be subject to a 25% cancellation or restocking fee.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier. Customers must comply with reporting timelines to be eligible for claim review.
8. Policy Changes
Fusion Cellular reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
9. RMA Requests & Support
