This Shipping Policy applies to wholesale orders placed through Fusion Cellular’s website and ordering systems. All shipping terms outlined below apply to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Fusion Cellular reserves the right to update this policy at any time.



1. Order Eligibility

This policy applies to approved wholesale and business customers. Retail or direct-to-consumer shipments, if offered, may be subject to separate terms.



2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Fusion Cellular ships orders using nationally recognized carriers selected at our discretion based on efficiency, cost, and destination.

  • Ground shipping and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, service level, and destination
  • Expedited or express shipping services are billed separately and are not eligible for promotional shipping offers

All shipping rates reflect negotiated carrier pricing and may change without notice.



3. Order Processing

Orders placed during normal business hours are typically processed within one business day. Same-day shipment is not guaranteed and depends on order volume, payment approval, inventory availability, and operational conditions.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Fusion Cellular ships from distribution facilities located in Texas.



4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Once an order is tendered to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Fusion Cellular is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Incorrect address information
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.



5. Shipping Destinations

Fusion Cellular ships to valid commercial and residential addresses within the continental United States.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported
  • Non-continental U.S. destinations may require prior approval and may incur additional charges

International shipping may be offered to approved wholesale customers on a case-by-case basis.



6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order ships, tracking information is provided via email or through the customer’s account. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking details.



7. Split Shipments & Item Availability

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, size, or carrier requirements. Items that are unavailable at the time of fulfillment may be removed from the shipment and invoice.

Fusion Cellular does not ship backorders unless otherwise agreed in writing.



8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Additional charges resulting from:

  • Address corrections
  • Re-delivery attempts
  • Carrier-imposed fees

may be billed to the customer.

Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments based on order value or carrier policy.



9. Risk of Loss & Damaged Shipments

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

Any claims for:

  • Transit damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect shipments

must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Customers must retain all original packaging and may be required to provide photos or documentation to support claims.

Shipping-related issues are handled in accordance with Fusion Cellular’s Returns & Warranty Policy.



10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, rejected, or returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any carrier or handling fees incurred

11. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for approved accounts.

  • International orders are not eligible for free or promotional shipping
  • All customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Fusion Cellular is not responsible for customs delays or international carrier issues

Delivery timelines for international shipments are not guaranteed.



12. Freight & Oversized Orders

Large, bulk, or oversized orders may require freight shipping. Freight shipments may be quoted separately and are subject to carrier availability and scheduling.



13. Policy Modifications

Fusion Cellular reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of shipment will govern.
