Welcome to Fusion Cellular. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online ordering systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Fusion Cellular operates primarily as a wholesale distributor. By using the Services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and have authority to enter into these Terms for that entity. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to wholesale pricing or ordering at our discretion.


2. Accounts & Access

Certain features of the Services require account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Fusion Cellular is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by failure to secure account information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or pose operational or security risks.


3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders submitted through the Services are subject to review and acceptance by Fusion Cellular. Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfillment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or modify orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service
  • Correct errors prior to shipment

Orders may be rejected due to inventory availability, pricing discrepancies, payment issues, or policy violations.


4. Pricing & Product Information

Prices, product descriptions, specifications, and availability may change at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, Fusion Cellular does not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free.

If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order prior to fulfillment.


5. Payment Terms

Payment must be authorized and completed before shipment unless otherwise approved. Fusion Cellular may establish credit terms, limits, or billing arrangements at its discretion. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


6. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

All shipping, return, exchange, restocking, and warranty matters are governed by Fusion Cellular’s published Shipping Policy and Returns & Warranty Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms and control in the event of any conflict.


7. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting issues in accordance with the applicable policy.


8. End-User Responsibility

Fusion Cellular sells to businesses, not end users. Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Retail sales
  • End-user support
  • Compliance with applicable consumer laws

End-user claims must be handled at the retail level unless otherwise stated in writing.


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Data scraping or automated extraction
  • Misrepresentation of identity or business
  • Interference with site security or functionality

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, text, images, and materials on the Services are owned by Fusion Cellular or its licensors. Use of the Services does not grant ownership or licensing rights beyond what is necessary to place orders.
